Last night, Wed 8th Oct 2014, at InSpiral was SO nice…truly soul soothing! πŸ™‚ and it wasn’t even the one when I will be the happy host-ess πŸ™‚

InSpiral has just restarted doing their open mike sessions every Wednesday and the first one, this time was run by my lovely friend musician – super talented mr Tom PS or Price – Stephens (see video below :); website: www.tompricestephens.comΒ ) . We had such a variety of talents: Gaya (https://www.facebook.com/Go.GaYa.Go), a Β Elvis-like guitar genius with a lovely name: Somerset Β (whose link I will share as soon as I will find it!), George – Β a Jamaican sounding Reggea soul from Hungary .. oh such a multitude of talents πŸ™‚ AND of course a featured act: colourful beautiful duo of Pagoda Sun (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Pagoda-Sun/181479118661443). AND what really – thank heavens – cheered me up – after a supermega sad day full of tears, thoughts, tears again, more thoughts & more tears πŸ˜‰ – was the super yummy green juice I have been missing so much, since, as much as I loved Valencia, I could not find a juicing place there.. If you find yourself with no plans on a Wednesday night, and are not too far from Camden, do pop in! You do not have to play – but you can πŸ™‚ play, sing, dance, say a poem – share whatever your soul feels like to do πŸ™‚ InSpiral nights are a true source of openess, hugs & joy πŸ™‚ oh and of course DO pop in to the nightΒ I simply cannot wait to be hosting on 29th October πŸ™‚ when I will be sharing some juicing ideas & tips πŸ™‚ Also, very very soon, I will be playing a set of Petal tunes at one of the InSpiral nights – hope to see you all there πŸ™‚ With hugs xx πŸ™‚

ps. Β just in case, no i do not get paid to write all that, i happily went there with my free will and paid for healthy vegan food that helped me fight a very sad day.. Β πŸ™‚ love x
